The Dinkumware patches are not provided with SP3 and I don't know if
they're in SP5.
We require the patches because there is a possibility that you will hit a
bug with sharing maps and sets across DLL boundaries. Also, the patches
fix a pretty big performance issue with maps and sets due to unnecessary
critical section locks.

I rebuilt without the Dinkumware patches using SP3 and was
successful in getting the executables to rebuild and run. Got
lots of compiler warnings but thats it, no errors. One would
suspect that SP5 would include everything that was in SP3, but
maybe not. Try getting SP3.
