but why? I am using Linux on arch. i386 with gcc 2.95.3 and I am very hard
working on a reimplementation of the mod_xslt Apache module (in C++). After
the first steps I've done I tried to implement different formatter objects.
For that I need to include the <FormatterToHTML.hpp>, too. All other includes
are included _and_parsed_ in success, except that one? Why?
The compiler tells sonething about syntax error beror "extern" in
<FormatterToHTML.hpp> at line 227. But, by taking a look at that line, I just
can find the line "INLINE = (1 << 9),". So what's wrong?
