Hi Scott,
the bug has been fixed. It works now. But I have found a new Expression
Problem.
I have attached the example files and the result with STree and DTM.

There also seems to be a problem with big files. But I have to run the test
during my brake for lunch.
I think you will get the result in one and a half hour.
