You are using a very old preview version of XSTLC with the
old "com.sun.xslt" packaging.

You'll need to download a more recent version of XSLTC
since its donation to Apache. You can get the
user distribution from

    xml.apache.org/xalan

Or, even better, since this is on the developer alias, you can
download the latest build.
