Try calling the EnvironmentCheck utility from your
code as Gary mentioned.
Also, make sure bsf.jar is in the appropriate
CLASSPATH, since it sounds like Xalan might not be
able to load that either (Bean Scripting Framework;
some extension functions need this to work)
