Strange error message / Xalan-J 2.1.0

Hi,

when I try to use my stylesheet with Xalan 2.1.0 on NT4 WS SP6a and Sun
JDK 1.3.0_02, I get the following error message:

XSLT Error (javax.xml.transform.TransformerConfigurationException):
String index
 out of range: 43

What does this error message mean? Or does it depend on the stylesheet /
source document? Then I can send my stylesheet and xml source, but they
are not so short that I want to post them unnecessarily to the mailing
list.
