Myriam should be working on the one API test failure dealing with URI's
(minor bug).

If I could get into $@#%@#% cvs.apache.org (or any apache sites!) I'd
submit patches for GUMP to switch over to only run the new smoketest in
xml-xalan/test/build.xml and get rid of the old one; I'd also update the
smoketest target itself to specify
smoketest.conf.ConsoleLogger.loggingLevel=20 which would greatly cut down
on the messages logged to the Ant console in Gump, and thus shorten the
build log for the smoktest enough so it can get emailed out.

But I'll just pretend for now since our network still isn't working to
about half the internet - including all apache-related ones.  8-(
