! Just looked more closely at your stylesheet and I think I found what is wrong.
! You have a few places where you have an xsl:with-param within an xsl:template.
! That is not legal. xsl:with-param is only allowed inside an xsl:call-template
! or an xsl:apply-template. I think what you really meant to use in those cases
! was xsl:param??
