As Joe mentioned, we're working on it (albiet a bit slowly...) Followup-to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], where we're discussing this subject for the time
being (in the future, discussion should move to commons-dev but that's not
fully being used yet.
The [EMAIL PROTECTED] list is used for cross-xml.apache.org topics,
like this one. We already have a couple of proposals, from having an
xml-apis.jar that includes SAX/DOM/JAXP in it that each group simply
requires as an external dep. or includes in a distro; or simply let each
project pull the source from there when building distros.
