Hmmm - but: could some XSL expert evaluate this (perhaps with a *complete* 
stylesheet that shows the problem?)  Is this a JDK problem or really how the 
XSLT spec was designed?  (Remember, the XSLT spec has some interesting details 
about how floating point numbers are handled)
