xsltc fails sort01 NaNs should come before

I retested this and the NaNs came after rather than before the 
numbers on an ascending sort. This is still very low priority.
I'll open a new bug on ATVs not working in the data-type 
and order attributes that is shown by tests sort32 and sort33.
