Subject: Unable to download the Xalan processor
I'm getting a 404 error when I try to download the Xalan distribution or
source from http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/index.html. I've tried several
times today and have not had any luck. For example, one of the files it
cannot find is http://xml.apache.org/dist/xalan-j/xalan-j_2_2_D12-bin.zip.
