Wierd! I thought we had caught most of these.

Actually, this error is with the JAXP code itself which effectively
lives in the xml-commons project; Xalan just uses that code as-is. 
Unfortunately the main developer on JAXP stuff is on vacation for this
week, so we probably won't be able to sort this out until next week.

If you want to hack the code and recompile yourself, you can simply
edit out the call to getting properties for jaxp.debug, since it's not
strictly needed to run.
