There is already a bug posted in Bugzilla about this -- se have this set as
an enhancement. Until it's fixed, you'll have to add a rule to the
Makefile, or build it manually. Adding a rule shouldn't be too hard -- you
can model it after any of the other rules in the Makefile. The only
addition you'll need is a -I directive to point to the directory where the
Apache header files are located. You'll also have to add the Apache .so
file to the link line, just as the the Xerces and Xalan libs are.
The reason this hasn't been done is because it requires that you have the
Apache web server on your local machine, We didn't really want to require
that just to build the sample applications, so we left out rules for the
Apache mod.

The archive is currently inaccessible so pardon me if
this has been asked and addressed. I would like to
build mod_xslt but make fails with this error
make: *** No rule to make target
`/home/ehalm/software/server/xml-xalan/obj/mod_xslt.o',
needed by
`/home/ehalm/software/server/xml-xalan/lib/mod_xslt.so'.
Stop.
It fails with a similar error when I try to build the
samples. I've looked at the Makefile but haven't been
able to make it build correctly.
