Is there an ETA for adding Extension support into XSLTC?

According to this:

http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/readme.html#xsltcconf

    * Incomplete support for extension elements and external Java
      functions. Currently you can set up an extension function to call a static
      Java function. For the extension namespace, use
      http://xml.apache.org/xalan/xsltc/java/<class>

And it is true :)... (I tested it out)

I was able to get Static methods to work but not extension elements or instance
functions.

Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of the day;
but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued
unalterably thro' every change of ministers, to plainly prove a deliberate,
systematical plan of reducing us to slavery. -- Thomas Jefferson
