If you did, then bugs in the ICU are not anything we can fix. If you're interested, you can post a bug with them: http://www-124.ibm.com/developerworks/oss/icu/project/index.html Unfortunately, there are differences between how something is formatted by the ICU and how the current Java implementation works (in spite of the fact that the code was written by the same team at IBM).
