Since we're trying to figure out all our issues with updating to Xerces 2.x, I didn't bother to exclude a couple of tests that I knew would fail since we're actively working on those bugs. Sorry for the noise, but it'll take us a few more days to iron out some of the big issues and get back to normal (well, whatever might be normal...)
