New version of OUTPUT22 has no new-lines, thus avoiding the issue of the
permissible new-line for EBCDIC. We can revisit the output after XML 1.1 goes
to Recommendation, and we see whether they permit the EBCDIC new-line.
Thanks to Derek Matocha for confirming that the new output is indeed correct
on an EBCDIC platform.
