Nomination of Santiago Pericas-Geertsen for committer status

This is to nominate Santiago Pericas-Geertsen for committer status
to the Xalan project. Santiago worked with Jacek Ambroziak from
May to September 2000 on the XSLT Compiler. He brought his experience
and knowledge of compiler design to the XSLTC project. Since then
he has completed his PhD in programming languages at Boston University.
Today he joins us at Sun Microsystems as a full time employee and
will be again a major contributor to Xalan/XSLTC effort. Please 
welcome Santiago with your votes from the committers.
