Figure out what's wrong with the output document by working with it and the browser. Then figure out whether that's something you did in your stylesheet or a problem in how we interpreted your request and generate the document. If it's the latter, we've got a bug. If it isn't, you and the browser's support team will have to figure out whose code is in error.
