built xalan-1_3 with xerces-1_7

Greetings.   I have managed to build Xalan-1_3 with Xerces-1_7 with some fixes here and there, on RedHat7.2 with GCC 3.0.4.   samples still need some work.   How can I submit these changes?   Thanks
