                    equal

           Version: CurrentCVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: org.apache.xalan.xsltc
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Xsltc is selecting the wrong template when the explicitly set priority
is equal. The last template should be selected.
