Well, the two classic questions for errors like these when you're in a servlet environment are:
- Which Xalan-J version do you think you're using? - Which Xalan-J version is your application actually using? See http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/faq.html#faq-9 and the EnvironmentCheck utility, although it's functionality may be slightly different in past builds.
