(Note: the eyebrowse site doesn't yet seem to have my proposal on it -

Please followup on [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of on general@ or
other lists so we can keep the discussion focused.  Note that once we
decide upon commons' strategy, each individual subproject can then
decide how/when to start using the stuff provided by xml-commons.
