To be more specific: xml-xalan/java/bin/xml-apis.jar is a precompiled jar of SAX/DOM/JAXP classes that's taken from an xml-commons project release.
xml-xalan/java/src/xml-commons-src.tar.gz is the set of .java sources that created xml-apis.jar, and is also from an xml-commons project release. (We include the sources so we can build javadoc and so developers have them to be able to debug against) xml-commons/java/external/src is the root of the live CVS source trees for SAX/DOM/JAXP files, and is available via anonymous CVS as usual to all. Note if you're looking at xml-commons in CVS that there are several branches there, so you'll probably want to use the xml-commons-src.tar.gz that came with your version of Xalan instead (unless you have a specific reason - in which case, join us: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-commons-dev&m=102540170321171&w=2 ) 8-) ===== - Shane <eof .sig="'When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in a very scornful tone, 'it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less'" "Oohayu oyod?!"=gis. /> __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
