The javax.xml.* packages are effectively controlled by Sun as part of the JAXP spec, so we can't necessarily fix this. (I suppose we could makeup our own standard and change our various *Impl classes to somehow allow other Source types, but that's a bit sticky since it would be very Xalan specific)
