+1 from me as well! Ilene and Henry have clearly shown strong contributions to Xalan, both in code patches and especially in attacking some of our Bugzilla bugs. They'll definitely be important contributors to Xalan in the future. (Of course I'll add the disclaimer, even though you've probably already noticed by now: Henry and Ilene and I all work for the same company - IBM - although in completely separate teams.)
