Gosh, I was just going to respond by saying:

http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/test/overview.html

But then Scott beat me to it. And then I realized while this is a
start, some of my testing documentation is still a little out of date
and not quite as nicely edited as I'd like (I'm only a writer
part-time).

Oh and another FAQ I'll have to create is 'where can I download X?'
since we have GUMP output (in dist/nightly) which includes a full zip
of the tests in an odd format, as well as nightly source-only-tarballs,
plus xml-xalan/test in CVS of course.

Oh: good ideas:
- Get me to update test documentation and some 'quickstart: create new
XSLT/API tests' - this would help if someone reviewed the existing doc
and pointed out where they needed more help.

- Ship a distro of the tests (there's a target to do that already) in
the /dist area when we ship an official release of Xalan-J. While the
tests always get tagged when we do official releases, this would make
it easier to do regression testing for anyone.
