http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13384 Test harness problems Summary: Test harness problems Product: XalanJ2 Version: 2.4 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: Xalan AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] I found that some test-cases output different but functionally the same results on XSLT and XSLTC. Such test-cases pass on XSLT and fail on XSLTC. The test harness should understand that they are functionally the same results. The simplest way of implementing such behavior would be to create a sub-dir of a *-gold directory (*-gold\XSLTC). Results that are different but functionally the same should go into the directory. We should look for expected out in (*-gold\XSLTC) first, (when we are running XSLTC test). The test-cases I found so far tests\conf-gold\idkey\idkey07.out tests\conf-gold\idkey\idkey30.out tests\conf-gold\namespace\namespace17.out tests\conf-gold\namespace\namespace19.out tests\conf-gold\namespace\namespace24.out
