As suggested by Henry, I would propose Santiao Pericas-geertsen for PMC seat.
As you all know Santiago is the main developer who is from the original group
who developed XSLTC. He is very much active in XSLTC/Xalan development. From
working with him, I know he has organizational capabilities to be a PMC member.
He would be a good addition to PMC.
I will begin voting with +1.
