java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 7539 >= 7539

Hi,
I'm getting that exception
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 7539 >= 7539

I'm doing a lot of recursive nodelist casting and rebuilding... I know
this is a shot in the dark but any ideas?
