recent regressions in XSLTC on conf tests

Hi,

I have a cronjob that runs the Xalan conf tests on XSLTC from 
the tip of the main trunk with sax, stream, and dom flavors.
I noticed some regressions recently that you may want to 
consider against recent putbacks.

Here are the tests that have started failing:
