Hi,
I'd like to nominate Arun Yadav ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for committer
status. Arun has provided different patches for both Xalan and XSLTC during
the past few months (15636, 18162, 6993, several others related to
whitespace stripping that I still haven't committed :-), etc.). I have been
keeping track of his understanding of the Xalan codebase, and I believe his
is ready for the next step.
Arun is also an active participant in the Xerces community where has added
PSVI support (joint work with Elena Letani from IBM), provided patches for
DOM/DOMParser as well as for several other Bugzillas. I believe his Xerces'
expertise will also be very valuable going into the implementation of the 2.0
specs.
I'll start off with a +1!
