So this is an invalid bug. Following is the note from the original bug reporter confirming that xalan works. Hello Elson, I tested my problem with last xalan.jar (and xercesImpl.jar) from 11-Feb-02. It did work correct! With xalan.jar (and xercesImpl.jar) from 13-Feb-02 works it also all right. Many thanks once more and best regaards Dieter B�ll
