While running java org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -V in a W2K English
installation with German regional settings I get:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.apache.xalan.res.XSLTErrorResources_de
        at org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process.main(Process.java:209)

My classpath has only xalan.jar, bsf.jar, xercesImpl.jar and xml-apis.jar and I
am running j2sdk1.4.0
