The right combination is Xalan1.6, Xerces2.3 , icu 2.4
However I'd expect that you can build with icu 2.6 ( at least I did it on
Solaris with another compiler)

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to include versions of the libraries. Xalan 1.6,
Xerces 2.3.0, icu 2.6. Where should I see the namespace exactly ?
