DOMException for xsl:attribute with namespace that evaluates to empty string

------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-12-12 15:50 -------
Right, it's not a legal namespace URI. Sorry if that wasn't clear. However,
according to XSLT 1.0, "If the string is empty, then the expanded-name of the
attribute has a null namespace URI."

I think XSLTC is emitting bogus namespace declarations of the form xmlns:ns="".
In the case of a StreamResult, I think they are filtered out by the serializer,
but in the case of StreamResult (and probably in the case of SAXResult), they
are being passed through to the Result object.
