May be you are not on the WEB? The error you have is from your parser. Xerces by default trying to resolve http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd. You must be on the internet to parse the DTD. Try http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd in your WEB browser. It is the problem if you cannot open it.
