Hello,

     Over the past two years, Sarah McNamara has made many contributions
to Xalan-Java, most significantly by making necessary changes to our
documentation in preparation for new releases of Xalan-Java, and actually
building and testing new releases.

     In order to make it easier for Sarah to continue to make her valuable
contributions, I'd like to nominate her for committer status on the
Xalan-Java subproject.  I'll commence the voting with a +1.
