It is possible that the ASF board may meet again in about a week. I hope we can clear the this up by then.
The proposal to make Xalan a top-level Apache project stays as is, but I'm asking you to vote on this new PMC list. It is the same as last time except that Joanne Tong and Christine Li are replaced by Berin Lautenbach and John Gentilin. Here is the proposed PMC list for Xalan:
