Description:
Based on a question from Henry Zongaro, I revised axes62 to make it a simpler
tes of a NameTest (XPath Production 37) on the namespace:: axis. See XPath 5.4
for specs on the expanded name of a namespace node. The new axes62 raises a
Null Pointer Exception.
