Next realase of Xalan needs to mention serializer.jar in docs

Although there must be other locations, http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/xsltc_usage.html
does not mention serializer.jar in the classpath. This is OK for now, but will need to
change when we have a new release.
(other comments can be appended to this issue to help remember other spots in the docs
that need to change).
