Description:
As far as I can see, we don't have the concept of a precompiled XPath
in our APIs.
Admittedly, a single path may be too trivial to be worth precompiling.
Or it may not be, if someone has a set of XPaths which they apply
repeatedly against source document(s).
I think it's worth thinking about.
