Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version: 1.8
Attribute order in XML is not considered significant, so the parser can deliver
them in any order. In this case, Xerces-C is delivering them in that order,
and there is nothing Xalan-C can or should do to change that.
If your application is sensitive to attribute order, you need to revise your
application.
