David Bertoni resolved XALANC-444:
----------------------------------

     Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version: 1.8

Attribute order in XML is not considered significant, so the parser can deliver
them in any order. In this case, Xerces-C is delivering them in that order,
and there is nothing Xalan-C can or should do to change that.

If your application is sensitive to attribute order, you need to revise your
application.

> PlatformSupport\NamedNodeMapAttributeList returns its attributes in reversed
> order. I'm unsure as to why this happens and neither have I been able to
> decipher why. If this is actually a design choice could someone offer an
> explanation for this.
