the samples testXSLT process.cpp is not building

When I tried to build the 1.9 download & xerces 2_6 download, the build failed
when building the samples. The process.cpp under testXSLT is not correct. I
needs code change to call the create methods instead of the converters of
Formater objects. Probably this is a dependecy issue. What is the correct
version of xerces I need to use for this? I anyway made the changes and built
it and will test it in couple of days
