XPathWrapper sample fails to build on Windows

Nightly build shows that XPathWrapper.exe fails to build with the following
error:
..\..\..\..\src\xalanc/PlatformSupport/XalanMessageLoader.hpp(29) : fatal error
C1083: Cannot open include file: 'LocalMsgIndex.hpp': No such file or directory
Error executing cl.exe.
The problem is not that the file isn't there .. I believe we are missing the
path to the include file in the compile command. Please add this to the
XPathWrapper.dsp.
