Wrote some EXSLT test cases and would like to add them to the test tree.
I've modified the test.properties and build.xml such that users should
be able to use the test cases with the test harness.
new files will go in this directory:
xml-xalan/test/tests/exslt/common
/datetime
/math
/sets
/strings
xml-xalan/test/tests/exslt-gold/common
/datetime
/math
/sets
/strings
