Incorrect header file include: #include <LocalMsgIndex.hpp>,
should be #include "LocalMsgIndex.hpp".
Causes problem when compiling an application that uses the XalanMessageLoader
header file directly or indirectly. (e.g through
<xalanc/XalanEXSLT/XalanEXSLTStringImpl.hpp>)
