The Xalan-J test harness does not set the boot class path correctly when
running in a Java 5.0 environment.
Also, the version of DOM APIs that are included with
xml-xalan/java/bin/Tidy.jar conflict with those that are included with the
latest version of xml-apis.jar and in Java 5.0. The test harness uses Tidy.jar
in comparing HTML test case output.
