Exclude ApacheModuleXSLT project from build on VC7.1

The build of the project fails today in absence of Apache webserver installed
on the building platfrom . In VC7.0/VC7.1 it's possible to disable a build for
a specific project in the solution . I haven't found yet similar option in
VC6.0 , except doing a Batch Build. The patch is coming
